Spring at 59

As the produce changes through the seasons we are pleased to welcome our new spring menu at 59. Our customer’s favorites are still available on the menu, but you will find some new added treats. We have added more fish dishes, inspired by our new fish counter in the Farm Shop. Vegan options are also available on request.

Our chefs have worked alongside our Executive Chef to bring a bright and varied new evening menu. Working closely the farm shop manager and the Cowap brothers they have created a fresh and exciting new menu. The chefs worked hard to do a Cook-Off with all the staff at 59 to perfect final details and let the front of house staff see the changes. The response was amazing and we can’t wait for our customers to try it next!

The new Spring evening menu at 59 will be available from 3rd April!
