This access statement describes the facilities and services onsite. It does not contain opinions as to our suitability for those with disabilities.

ARRIVAL

We have disabled spaces located at the front of the Farm Shop/Gift Barn and also car parking spaces are available near to the entrance of the Takeaway, and our luxury log cabins.

ENTRY TO THE BUSINESSES

There are ramps into all areas of the business. One at the front of the Farm Shop, at the front of the Gift Barn, and at the front of the Takeaway. A ramp can be provided if requested for access to any of our Forest Lodges.

VISITOR EXPERIENCE

Access around all areas of the business is possible with a wheelchair. A personal shopping service is also available to all customers.

TOILET FACILITIES

Disabled toilets are available in our onsite toilet block, close to the Farm Shop.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

Assistance dogs are welcome and water can be provided upon request.
Selected staff and volunteers have received disability awareness training.
