Meet Amy, a bubbly enthusiastic individual who is one of the team creating The Hollies homemade range every day. At 24, Amy began with The Hollies just under a year ago with 3 years cooking and baking experience under her belt. Amy has worked as part of the Deli kitchen developing new soups, pies, pizzas, pre-prepared vegetables and other side dishes. The kitchen cooks every day, constantly replenishing the fridges with a tasty range of Hollies homemade ready for you to pick up and enjoy.
Amy has always loved baking, as a little one she baked with her family particularly her mum and Grandad, who was famous for his scones! We are working with Amy to develop a range of tray bakes such as Rocky Road, Chocolate Brownies and Millionaire’s Shortbread. We have had to test them as they have been developed, which has been tricky for most of us because a small taster was never enough and we all had to keep going back for more! They are fabulous. We anticipate that we will have a tray bake range available in the early part of March onwards.
Amy hopes to continue to bake and expand the range to include Banana Bread and Flapjack, so watch out for all the new creations at The Hollies.
