Meet Emma

Meet Emma, who works in the Delicatessen Kitchen at our Little Budworth site. Emma has been with us at The Hollies for over two and a half years now after starting with us in March 2017.

Prior to working at The Hollies, Emma had lots of experience in the catering industry. She used to work in Outdoor Education for Cheshire County Council, where she would look after and cook for the children that visited.

In her spare time Emma likes to walk her Border Collie, Meg. She also loves to cook delicious food for her family and her favorite meal to cook is her homemade chicken and mushroom pie. Emma also loves to travel the world and she has been to lots of amazing countries. This year she is going to Sri Lanka and the Maldives (we are just a bit jealous).
