Manchester Gin Raspberry Infused

Our Gin of the Month for this February is the ‘Manchester Gin Raspberry Infused’. Manchester Gin is a small batch premium Gin launched in 2016. The Manchester Raspberry Gin is a limited-edition release, which uses the freshest raspberries as part of the distillation process.

This Gin has a slightly sweet taste, but also with traces of citrus and juniper followed by a hint of dandelion and burdock.

This fresh raspberry Gin is perfect paired with a plain tonic water and fresh raspberries and a sprig of mint. Or even splashed in a glass of Champagne.
