Gin of the Month

February’s ‘Gin of the Month’ is Pinkster. Pinkster is a delicious fresh pink gin made from real British raspberries. This gin is dry with a hint of fruit and has a lovely smooth finish.

We recommend this gin topped up with tonic, a couple of fresh, juicy raspberries and a sprig of well-spanked, fresh mint.

Pinkster was created when founder Stephen began to experiment mashing up fruits with different spirit strengths. He worked his way through the fruit bowl and raspberry delivered the best flavour. This is how Pinskter was born!

This month our Restaurant 59 at The Hollies have created some delicious Pinkster drinks including a Pinkster and Tonic, a Pinktini, The Sparkler and an Apple Berry cocktail.

When you purchase a bottle of Pinkster from one of our farm shops this February, you will receive a free glass, a jar of Pinkster mini Gin jam and a gift box. (Subject to availability).
