To break your fast, enjoy lots of scrumptious fresh produce such as fresh fruits, breads and pastries, locally milled oats, milk supplied directly from the farm in Congleton, local jams, curds & honeys and freshly squeezed orange juice from The Hollies.

Delicious choices will be between homemade American style pancakes with blueberry compote, homemade chive potato cakes with The Hollies treacle cured bacon, smoked salmon bagels or an omelette with mushroom & The Hollies treacle cured bacon.
