Blacks Cheese
Our Cheese of the Month this July is award winning Blacks Cheese, which was founded in Shropshire in 2014. Here at The Hollies Farm Shops we have Blacks Cheese in four delicious vegetarian and gluten free flavours for you to choose from; Ploughmans, Piri Piri, Smokey Peppadew & Garlic and Jalapeno & Lime.
Blacks’ Ploughmans Mature Cheddar is a classic combination of silver skin pickled onions and chives, blended into their mature cheddar.
Blacks’ Smokey Pepadew and Garlic Mature Cheddar cheese is influenced by the Mediterranean. Their mature cheddar is blended with pepadews and a hint of garlic for a burst of savoury flavours. Delicious grated into pasta, or sprinkled over a pizza base or salad.
Blacks’ Jalepeno and Lime Mature Cheddar unites their mature cheddar with fiery Jalepeno chillies and zesty lime. The makers recommend you try this cheese on nachos or melted on a burger.
Blacks’ Piri Piri Mature cheddar blends their mature cheddar with a chipotle chilli base Piri Piri mix and is recommended baked on chicken drumsticks and wings for spice sensation.
