Alex Monroe Engraving Event

We are excited to welcome Tom and Mayo from Alex Monroe Jewellery to The Barn at Little Budworth on Saturday 30th March. Tom and Mayo will be offering complimentary tag engraving worth £50 on all Alex Monroe purchases! From 11am – 1pm and 2pm-4pm they will dust off their work apron, steady their hands and set up their trusty travelling workbench in The Barn. The team in The Barn can take your pre-order in store during March, ready to collect on the 30^th. The personalised engraving makes for an extra special gift – perfect with Mother’s Day approaching.

  

Alex Monroe grew up in the Suffolk countryside in a big old house surrounded by fields that ran down to the River Orwell. One of five children, they would sail off down the river with fishing rods, build camps and generally run wild! Alex’s inspiration from the beginning of his career has been to use nature as a metaphor or tool to pull out the themes of nostalgia and Englishness.

The jewellery pieces are all lovingly handmade in the UK using solid Sterling Silver which then has a silver, gold or bronze finish. The simple beauty of nature features throughout the collection, with his love for wildlife shining through.

Favourites in The Barn include his now iconic Bumble Bee necklace, the Marching Elephants and the new floral alphabet letters.
