The Hollies NEW Twilight Menu
Coming April 2nd 2014, our NEW Twilight Menu will feature a variety of new dishes that will be served Tuesday to Saturday from 4.30pm until 8.30pm, at The Hollies Little Budworth.
Simplest and Freshest is the concept; our homemade burgers are made using 100% Welsh Black beef, ground freshly by our Butchers on a daily basis. All our beef comes from Conwy Valley Meats situated in Llanwrst, Conwy. The company supplies Accredited Welsh Beef, all of which is fully traceable back to the farm of origin and comes direct from known approved long term suppliers. The Welsh Black breed of cattle is renowned for the superb quality of its meat due to its natural marbling.
Our 6oz burger is seasoned with only salt and pepper and is served on Devonshire Bakery corn topped buns. New additions to the existing Coffee Shop menu include The ‘H’ Burger, a 6oz Welsh black steak burger with The Hollies treacle cured bacon, tasty cheddar cheese, iceberg lettuce, tomato, red onion, The Really Garlicky Company aioli and The Hollies special sauce.
Why not try The Black Beauty; a 6oz Welsh black steak burger with homemade black pudding, Mrs Darlington’s tomato relish, Cheshire cheese and watercress? If you want something a bit different, The Nantwich Blue could be perfect for you! A 6oz steak burger with horseradish mayonnaise, The Hollies treacle cured bacon, caramelised onion chutney, Nantwich blue cheese, iceberg lettuce and tomato. For the chicken lover, the yummy chicken fillet burger – seasoned chargrilled chicken breast with a sweet chilli mayonnaise, lettuce and tomato might be the one for you.
At The Hollies, we like to provide something for everyone, which is why we have created our homemade vegetarian burger with Cheshire cheese, tomato relish and watercress. We use the freshest ingredients, which is sold in the Farm Shop, to create classic and innovative taste combinations to make the best burgers possible! Our burgers are at the heart of the new Twilight Menu, made by our hard working and passionate staff who share pride in serving high quality food.
If you have a smaller appetite try The Hollies delicious homemade fish cakes created by our own chef using fresh salmon, herbs and a touch of ginger, or choose from mango or salt and pepper chargrilled chicken skewers served with a sweet chilli mayonnaise.
The Twilight menu comprises a range of nibbles, cheese, pate, fish boards, soups and salads, homemade fresh burgers, pies and quiches, sandwiches and baked potatoes.
