Thank you Sarah

Congratulations to Sarah Holland who has been with The Hollies for 10 years.   Known affectionately as JK (in reference to JK Rowling for her literary and grammar skills), SJH and Sar Bear.  There are probably more, as Sarah is a popular member of The Hollies team.

In June 2009, Sarah joined the team during the summer having finished University.  That summer job has never ended much to our relief!  There isn’t any part of the business that Sarah hasn’t been involved in!  She has served, cooked, waited-on, and even recently an afternoon in the Butchery to make kebabs was required!   The nature of The Hollies Farm Shop is that often an ‘all-hands-on-deck’ approach is required by the team.  Sarah is a shining example of a team member that you can turn to for support, literally in any area of the business!

For the last few years, Sarah has become a much-valued member of the Marketing team, her role as Marketing Executive ensures Sarah is kept very busy; managing the content of the monthly newsletters and campaigns throughout the year for The Hollies Farm Shop.  Not only does Sarah write great content, but is often found behind the lens capturing great photos of products, food and other aspects for the business.

We love having Sarah work with us.  Sarah is not only reliable, focussed and a great team member, she is also one of the best party animals in the business!  There are few social occasions that Sarah isn’t included in because she knows how to enjoy a G&T and have a great laugh!
