There is so much to do in the local area. Delamere Forest, Marbury Country Park, Dunham Massey and Tatton Park are just a few local parks to take a stroll around and relax in. If you fancy something a bit more adventurous, then get involved in Go Ape at Delamere; a high wire tree top challenge.

We are also close to Blue Planet Aquarium and Chester Zoo. Chester Zoo is a brilliant day out, with over 21,000 animals and 125 acres of zoological gardens to explore. The Zoo gets over 1.9 million visitors a year and is one of the best in the country. When you stay in one of our Forest Lodges, we can get you special price tickets for the Zoo!

There are lots of country pubs and restaurants near by to enjoy tasty food. Try our restaurant 32 by The Hollies, located on Tarporley High Street which is just a 10 minute drive away from the lodges. Enjoy Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea or Dinner.
