Our competition to ‘Create your own sausage’ has now ended.  All our entries have been reviewed by the Butchery team at The Hollies Farm Shop and a winner has been selected.   The winning sausage recipe will be sold at The Hollies Farm Shop’s Butcheries for the weekend of 21st-23rd November.  The winner will also be invited instore to ‘meat’ our Butchery team and go through the process of making sausages!

Entrants posted their ultimate sausage ingredients and its name on The Hollies Farm Shop Facebook page, during this next week.

Could your sausage be sitting amongst The Hollies award winning sausages?…….. The winner is the Venison and Dark Chocolate Sausage created by Nikki Eatwell.  Nikki’s sausages will be available to buy from both the Butchers at Little Budworth and Lower Stretton from 21st November to 23rd November 2014.
