Salt Marsh Lamb

Welsh Salt Marsh Lamb is now available from our Butchery counters.

Salt Marsh Lamb is tender, moist and light with unique and wonderfully subtle flavours. The lambs graze on the estuary salt marshes and coastal pastures that are flooded by the spring tides and doused by the sea. They feed on a rich variety of plants and minerals found only on the Welsh salt marshes, which give the meat incredible taste, texture and traceability.
