Join us on Tuesday 25th February as we celebrate Pancake Day at The Hollies. We will have a range of sweet and savoury pancakes on our special boards at both our Coffee Shop at Little Budworth and at The Kitchen at Lower Stretton.
If you are making your own pancakes at home, we have lots of fabulous toppings available in both of our farm shops. How about an American favourite topped with streaky bacon from our Butchery complemented with the sweetness of maple syrup? Or try delicious and locally made Cheshire Farm ice cream on your pancake with an ooze of Cartmel sticky toffee sauce drizzled over the top. If you are looking for a healthier option, we have a fresh selection of juicy berries such as raspberries, strawberries and blueberries to enjoy with your pancakes!
We have so much choice in both of our farm shops to make your perfect pancakes this Pancake Day.
