Packington free range chicken, pork and sausages are now available at The Hollies Butchery. In today’s modern and hectic society, too much emphasis is on speedy results and low cost, regardless of the impact on welfare or the environment, that’s why Packington have returned to rearing a chicken with care, attention and putting the welfare of the bird first. Larger than standard chickens, Packington chicken is allowed more time to grow and mature, therefore they produce a meat that is always moist with an unrivalled traditional flavour. Packington pigs are truly free range, born and living outdoors for their entire lives and reared to the highest of welfare standards, with plenty of space to roam and a high quality diet ensures the meat is full of essential nutrients. After all a happy pig is a healthy pig! The Hollies Butchery uses this free range pork to create homemade sausages too.
