New Drinks Menu Available at 59 at The Hollies

We are pleased to introduce to you the brand new summer drinks list for 59 at The Hollies. Perfect timing as the summer is scheduled to stay with us for a few more weeks!

We are pleased to welcome our new range of Prosecco cocktails including Aperol Spritz, Bellini, Cosmo Fizz and many more summer specials!

Alongside the new Prosecco cocktails we have added classic cocktails to the menu as well. So if you fancy a Mojito or Cosmopolitan you can join us for one 5pm until 11pm Monday until Saturday, on the terrace when the sun is shining.

One of our 59 at The Hollies managers, Mark, has hand picked some of the finest wines to go alongside the evening dinner menu. So if you are joining us for our locally sourced Welsh steaks or our burger and pudding offer, there will be something to perfectly match your dining experience.
