New Deli Bar Menu

Exciting news! We have a new Deli Bar menu with lots of delicious new dishes available. The menu has been created using the best Hollies produce from the Delicatessen. Why not indulge in one of our freshly grilled flatbreads like the Mediterranean flatbread made up of courgetti, feta, mixed peppers, thyme, red onions, rosemary, rocket and black truffle oil?

Are you looking for something a bit different? Try our new sandwich on the menu, the Cheese of the Month Sandwich with a dressed side salad. This sandwich will change monthly in line with our Cheese of the Month! This August it will feature The Cheshire Cheese Company’s Royal Blue Cheese.

There is also a great salad selection on the new Deli Bar menu with lots of new tasty, fresh salads available. Indulge in a classic Greek salad, a smoked salmon and cream cheese salad or a chicken and avocado salad.
