Meet Esta, our new Restaurant Manager

Meet Esta who joined The Hollies team towards the end of January this year to take on the role of Restaurant Manager in our Coffee Shop at Little Budworth. Esta originally comes from a small village in Devon called Kingsteignton, but more recently moved up North to live in Northwich.

Esta has brought with her a wealth of experience in the customer service and hospitality industry after having worked in various roles for Shire Hotels, Disney World and Chiquito. Looking for a new challenge, Esta was drawn to The Hollies due to us being a family run business with home from home workplace feel and the fact that The Hollies champions so many local suppliers. Esta has already re-vamped the Little Budworth Afternoon Tea which is proving popular so far; it creates the wow factor each time it goes out!

Esta’s favourite Hollies products so far are Jam Jar Gin that she tried (and bought!) at the Gin Night at Lower Stretton in March, the Gluten Free Brownie in the Coffee Shop and anything from the Butcher’s counter!

When we asked Esta what she is enjoying so far about The Hollies she said, “Everything! I am loving meeting both our regular customers and guests that have come for the first time, working with the amazing Coffee Shop team every day and inspiring the chefs to create new dishes and specials. I would like to say thanks to those that have made me feel so welcome so far on my Hollies adventure.”

With refurbishment plans underway, new menu ideas being created and lots more exciting things to come soon, Esta excitedly tells you to ‘watch this space’!
