From local to worldwide, the gin and whisky selection at The Hollies, Lower Stretton is constantly expanding, with over 24 different gins and a wide range of whiskies – some of which are from Cheshire, while others are from countries including France, America and Germany. Floor Manager, Chris Blades, who has a keen interest in the wine and spirits field, started stocking them at the beginning of the year. He said, ‘I am fascinated by the diversity in both gin and whisky, so I decided to study them in more detail and apply my knowledge to The Hollies.
