Our Butchery teams at both Little Budworth and Lower Stretton always have a wide range of tasty ideas for your BBQ so hopefully this June there will be plenty of opportunity to get your BBQ’s fired up!

Our Butchery team hand-make our award winning homemade sausages and burgers you see in the counter. They also have developed a range of steak and red onion gluten free burgers and some gluten free Lincolnshire sausages. Alongside the usual salt and pepper chicken kebabs, king beef kebabs, Hawaiian pork and pineapple kebabs and king beef kebabs they also now have a new Bangkok marinated chicken and pork kebab with kiwi and lime and some extra large ultimate kebabs that come with a mix of beef, lamb and pork.

All of The Hollies steaks are aged in-house for at least 28 days which gives them improved tenderness and a unique flavour. Why not try one for yourself?

The new fish counter at Little Budworth brings a multitude of new options for your BBQ. Most of our fresh fish can be cooked on a BBQ and you can ask our skilled team for advice on how to cook it. Fish kebabs are now on sale and can also be made to order with your chosen fish and marinated in various flavours.
