We have a variety of market fresh vegetables available in both of our farm shops. These are packed full of vitamins, minerals, protein and fiber. Add vegetables to your lunch or dinner and snack on fruit throughout the day.
Enjoy meat and fish from our Butchery counter. Fish is brilliant for your health and we have a great range of fresh fish available. It is full of omega-3 which is great for the brain and heart health.
There is a wide variety of nuts and seeds available in our farm shops. Nuts and seeds are full of healthy fats and protein. Snack on nuts and seeds, sprinkle them on meals or add them to your baking.
Add some healthy grains into your diet, such as whole wheat pasta and rice, whole oats, quinoa and cous cous. These can be enjoyed as part of a meal and are brilliant for adding fibre, vitamin B and minerals.
