Cheese of the Month

It is Valentine’s Month and our ‘Cheese of the Month’ this February is Godminster Heart-Shaped Vintage Organic Cheddar. This Cheddar is strong, rich and mellow with a full lingering flavour.

This Cheddar is made using a 70 year-old recipe which uses organic milk from the Godminster Farm dairy herd in Somerset. It is then matured for up to 12 months.

This vintage Cheddar is pasteurised and organic, suitable for Vegetarians and contains no refined sugars. This cheese makes a great gift and is also a great addition to your cheese board.
