Chase Rhubarb and Bramley Apple Gin

We have a brand-new gin for our Gin of the Month this December, ready to get you in the festive mood; Chase Rhubarb and Bramley Apple Gin. This Gin blends the award-winning Chase GB Gin with freshly pressed rhubarb and bramley apple juice straight from their family orchard. 10 botanicals including juniper buds and berries, coriander, clove, ginger and cardamom are sourced from partners around the world. This Gin is a reminder of warm rhubarb and apple crumble with gentle notes of cinnamon. This gin is available at both Little Budworth and Lower Stretton.

Serving suggestions

This gin is perfect with tonic, with sweet notes of rhubarb and tangy apple garnished with a sprig of basil.

For a unique cocktail, mix the Chase Rhubarb and Bramley Apple Gin with lemon juice, runny honey and soda water before adding a slice of apple to garnish and throwing in a load of ice.
