Charity Evenings
Last week, The Hollies Coffee Shop, Little Budworth held three charity evenings with samples from the NEW Twilight Menu to raise money for St Luke’s Hospice.
The evenings were a huge success, giving guests an opportunity to sample dishes from the Twilight Menu, which is available from 1st April 2014, Tuesday to Saturday, from 4.30pm until 8.30pm.
The homemade burgers proved to be a popular choice, especially The ‘H’ Burger; a 6oz Welsh black steak burger with treacle cured bacon, tasty red cheddar, iceberg lettuce, tomato, red onion, aioli and The Hollies special sauce – made with secret ingredients only our chefs know!
The new extended menu also includes nibbles, food grazing boards, soups and salads, homemade delicious pies and quiches, fresh gourmet sandwiches and baked potatoes, and not forgetting the mouth watering selection of irresistible desserts!
Donations were made to St Luke’s Hospice, a charity reliant on the generous support of communities to help provide free care and support to achieve the best possible quality of life in the final stages of illness.
