Be My Valentine

How are you dining this valentine?

At The Hollies, Little Budworth we are now fully booked tomorrow evening however we do have a couple of tables still available for the Saturday evening!

If you are rustling up a three course dinner for your loved one, why not go for the following:

– Starter –
Duck and orange Patchwork pate served with a fresh Devonshire Bakery roll and a side of Mrs Darlington’s Apple Chutney.

– Main –
Sirloin steak seasoned and cooked to perfection (medium-rare) served with a grilled field mushroom, tomato and some green beans.
If you’re feeling a little adventurous, why not make your own blue cheese sauce?
(local blue cheese is available from our Deli department. All you will then need is a saucepan, fresh cream and some seasoning!)

– Dessert –
Depending on how you are feeling at this point, why not make a homemade Eton Mess?
All you will need for this is a Cotswold hade made heart meringue, fresh soft fruit and some double cream – all you need to do is slice and mix!
You could always top this with some of The Best Of Taste Strawberry Coulis.

To accompany the meal, why not go for a bottle of Domiziano Prosecco or treat yourself to a bottle of Forget Brimont Rose.
