Work is well underway on the newest addition to our HFS Group; 32. The old HSBC bank on Tarporley High Street is currently being renovated by Danny and his team to transform it into a luxury boutique hotel, bar and restaurant.

The team have already cleared the inside, laid the foundations for the extension, designed the bar area and kitchen and formed the bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. The electricians are eager and scheduled to start in the following weeks. Each time we go for another visit, even more has been completed.

32 will be a luxury hotel with five double bedrooms. The restaurant and bar will showcase the finest, fresh produce from The Hollies Farm Shop and butchery. Taking inspiration from local areas; 32 will have sandstone in from Beeston and Peckforton areas and Copper inspired by Chester and its Roman history.

This isn’t the first whole scale renovation the Cowap brothers have completed. Muckrach Country House Hotel was completed in April 2015 after 14 months of renovations from shooting lodge into four-star hotel.
