A coffee shop is what you asked for, so we have brought you The Friesian
Rooms. The Hollies at Little Budworth, has a farm shop, a garden centre
and a caravan park, but lacked one big ingredient; a coffee shop. The
name 'The Friesian Rooms' has been been inspired by local artist; Nikki
Hart, who is based at Sandbach, will be displaying and selling her
unique pieces of art at The Hollies from the start of April. The
abstract pictures of Friesian cows by Nikki will provide a stunning
backdrop in, the seating area in the new coffee shop – The Friesian Rooms.

The menu is bursting with fresh ingredients from the farm shop.
Family-grown potatoes make great baked potatoes, daily baked ciabattas
and multigrain rolls from Devonshire Bakey, Cheshire Smokehouse smoked
bacon, home made soups, locally made cakes, and many more locally
produced ingredients.

Breakfast is served from 9 to 11.45, lunch from 11.45 to 3 and delicious
cakes and coffees available all day.
